No. However students in tertiary institutions can be covered under the tertiary institution and voluntary participants Social Health Insurance Programme. Person above 18 years of age and are not in tertiary institution will be treated as an additional count and a discount applied.

A member can patronize any of our accredited hospitals to ensure high standard health care delivery with the system.

Visit any other parner hospital in our network in the new location.

You can lodge complaints with us. If you are still not satisfied you can change your hospital. We can almost guarantee and ensure that you are satisfied with the services in any partner hospital.

Such member can access care from any of our partner hospitals on the network.
